Jim Shore is an artist from South Carolina who, from an early age, had the art and patience of design instilled in him from his parents and grandmothers.  His grandmother was a master quilter and help Jim develop his skill to bring his design to life.

It is no surprise that Jim collected quilts.  This design clearly can be seen in his pieces including the Enesco and Disney character figurines.

Jim combines folk art and vibrant colors to create pieces that are truly beautiful.
